I have seen the same thing recently. I use to be able to get a one way for an extra 10 - 20 bucks a day, Recently tried to book one and it was 29 cents a mile for a pickup in TUL and Drop off in OKC. So I decided to fly into OKC and rack up an extra 200 miles.
