I know I'm late to this thread but....

you should see the check-in lines for the Bangkok - India flights. Nearly every single passenger at the check-in counter has a cart with 2 HDTV's on it, new in box. It's truly an amazing sight. I shot a few pics -- maybe I can find them.

Anyway, if the Indians can trust their air carriers to deliver a TV intact, why can't we?
