As I understand it, you can put a wiki post in a thread that will always float at the top of the thread. The wiki post can be continually edited to have whatever relevant gems are in the thread.
As it's a lot of work to sort through long threads and pull together a wiki post, I invite anyone who's interested to PM me any wiki content you'd like to see. Also please include the URL of the thread you think it should go in. Let's see how that goes.
