My card is in French so what I have is NIB. So IN must stand for Identification Number, but I doubt B stands for Business since in French it would be Affaire. We need a word that starts with a B in both French and English.

Maybe what was supposed to be written is PIN/NIP, to be used to log into the new website altitude.aircanada.com. But because of the spelling mistake, they will invalidate all cards, recall them and we will have to wait for the new ones. Maybe they are in the mail already!
