i contacted them because I will be flying and I was like let me see if they have anything further to say to me - re: better compensation than 3 useless upgrade vouchers
but they haven't responded ... although i did deal with one individual at Jet who was more than kind in helping me after this happened and he offered what he could based on his capacity with the company - he told me to advise him if I were to book with Jet and he would assist with getting me passes to the Jet lounge in either Brussels or India should I be in either place. Needless to say I haven't contacted him in this regard as I will not be flying Jet ...
