That is a really weird seat map. (mobile.united.com also shows the flight as completely occupied!). I think you'll be okay.

United Economy® : Available
Looks like they have sold at least 36 F seats out of the 36 they plan to have, but they have sold fewer Y seats than are physically present on the plane. Very weird.
