An update.

I had the pleasure of spending last weekend at the hotel. While the bathrooms are not yet finished (only 95 rooms are in service while they await finished renovations), standards are exceptionally high. This was the best Four Seasons stay I've had in the United States. Warm, prompt service, fantastic food both via room service and the Bristol Lounge, and an overall "old luxury" vibe very much in keeping with the best characteristics of Boston as a city.

Once the renovations are done, this will far and away be my default hotel in Boston.
