I am currently staying at the Vienna Hilton which is now hosting a large conference of Hilton staff. They have pretty much taken over the place; they are blocking the lobby & hallways, they fill the lifts, making life difficult for ordinary paying guests. Should someone suggest to them that it might be an idea if they left a bit of space for the people who ultimately pay their wages?
