Is the Western Flyer too large to be considered a "personal item" ?? I have encountered a lot of individuals recently who are using computer cases, various and sundry business cases, and boarding bags that seem to eclipse the WF dimensions in addition to their one 45 linear inch carry-on. Just wondering. It would be nice to use it if it's "legal".
