When I just dealt with the 50p that I earned, it gave me the option of where to transfer it. It certainly seemed to be an all or nothing decision, no opportunity to split it out or just transfer part of it.
Edit: I think that the confusion is reference to a "TCB account". You don't appear to have an account as such, with a balance in it, but individual transactions where you can then tell them what to do with the money. Each transaction can't be split.
