I just saw the Conrad Dublin for 25k points + 66 euro ($86). Seems like a great use of cash+points. Means you are buying points for around 0.35 cents per point. AAA rate was $279.

It becomes much less valuable for longer stays where GLON or AXON might kick in. But for non elites or stays of 3 days or less I think this is a great option.
