Yes, they will be operating on the BA11 and the new Chengie route with WW crew.

Don't know if BA will recruit OCC ( Overseas Cabin Crew, the name for outstation based language speakers that work with M/F) or not for the BA15/16. They may well recruit from within the UK which is what they did for the Haneda route. Having crew based in some countries is expensive and in some like Cairo saves them money.
