Wiki is a new feature on FT that they have just rolled out. I haven't totally figured out how it works yet.
One of the best Wiki's, in my opnion, inside or outside of Flyertalk over the years has been the New York transportation to the Airport Wiki.

Granted it's been around seven or eight years, but I've used it as an example outside of FT as how a wiki is supposed to work, well organized, plenty of user provided information, easy to find stuff, etc.
If Flyertalk is going to roll out Wiki use, that's a good one to model it after.
