^ Fantastic service ... Checked in this evening (booked a Grand King). It's my birthday - was greeted with a cake (one candle!) and a chorus of "Happy Birthday" from the reception team plus duty manager. Upgraded to a Duplex Suite on 20th floor, plus Club Access. Was also given 7pm checkout free of charge. I never expect special treatment so this was a really nice gesture after having to spend my birthday overseas. Good on them.
