I am travelling on March 1 on a Tango plus (now Flex) fare and was hoping to try and use e credits for the upgrade.

As a result I am directly impacted by these "technical reasons". I and others like me would never be satisfied by a system that has prevented us from attempting to use one of the most valuable benefits of having Altitude status and I do not think that are displeasure is unreasonable.
