I wonder what the ACCC is going to find in the Visa Australia case? Visa can easily show that in Australia and around the world that DCC has only been to the detriment of the tourist and creation of another monopoly. Unless merchants can provide more than one DCC supplier for competition at their POSes they should stick to one. - ACCC shouldn't be in the business of creating new monopolies (and in this case a racket)
