OP here. Well, here is the final story. I talked to an Aeroplan agent who talked to the tech people. There had been an issue sending reports, perhaps in January. Then, because I had requested several times, they cancelled each other out and no reports were sent. I can now request again in June 2013, but not before!! However, I had gone into my archived emails and found a statement from January 2012 which gave me an indication that I was okay until Sept 2014 and I know that I redeemed 90000 in May 2012. The agent told me that their calculation is that I have 6873 to use before Dec. 31, 2014 which is fine. At least I know the situation but it has been a real pain trying to figure out why my reports weren't coming. We did a different account from our house this am and it indeed came in about an hour.
