Where I live and where I've been is not in the least relevant to this thread. If you feel it's important you could no doubt obtain a few clues from my posting history on FT.

Do you feel that it's in anyway appropriate that Singapore Airlines (in case you're not aware, they are not a US airline) uses data from a foreign government agency to prevent someone boarding their aircraft when that aircraft is not entering US airspace? If you do feel it's appropriate, care to explain why? Particularly given that those foreign no-fly lists have proven to be so inaccurate that they're not even worth using as toilet paper.
