Very delayed post so sorry. I stayed at the Park Lane hotel with my husband and son in April 2012. I was very apprehensive about staying at this location given the mixed reviews on various social media sites. I emailed the general manager before leaving California and voiced my concerns. The manager was amazing and really made things very comfortable.

As gold, we were upgraded to one of the largest rooms they had. We were given sweets and a bottle of wine to enjoy upon arrival. The staff was great and assisted us in any way we wanted.

I do want to note that this hotel is in a great location in London.
