What I wound up doing was searching via Kayak which linked me direclty to booking on Airtran.com where I was able to buy my ticket. First leg is on Airtran and second is on Southwest. Itinerary was available on southwest.com- but was $60 more.
You change to WN at BWI, book using OTA and the same itinerary is available on Southwst's site for more money?
