Just an update, I am holding a BA issued JAL award. JAL's PNR is no where to be found on the e-ticket receipt provided by BA.
I have an AA issued ticket with JAL flights. The e-ticket receipt does not show anything. I called AA and got a JAL confirmation number / record locator, but the JAL website doesn't use this - instead it requires a reference number. I went to checkmytrip.com and it doesn't recognize either the JAL or AA record locator. Is there an easy way to access my booking online that I am missing?
