That said, I've sat in the bulkhead seat on the left side of the A330-200. My OpenFlights say that I was in 2A, and there was definitely a 2B. If DL shows a 1A or 1B, I suspect it doesn't exist.
+1. 1A and 1B do not exist on this plane. The seat maps that DL has with other carriers sometimes not accurate, and in most cases, selections don't stick with the operating carrier.
