Interesting, that's good and responsive of them.

I'm just wishing they had a soft landing policy I'm going from SE -> Regular this year which is a funny feeling but, certainly leaves one open to flying on any airline. With a soft landing I would have felt somewhat obliged or at least like I had somethign to gain from flying AC. Ah well! Hopefully everyone's appeals get approved!
