This is a real game changer, although given that I generate £500+ via Quidco each year it won't be a full defection. TCB customer service is not great I believe - that £5 youpay Quidco is worth it if you need to start chasing up transactions.
I haven't noticed a single difference in the level of service between Quidco and TCB. In fact, I find they answer my messages quicker than Quidco did (though they may have since improved, I switched a long time ago).
I really don't see any point in using Quidco any more. They do the same thing but TCB doesn't take £5 of your cashback from you every year and they give you at least a 1% bonus over Quidco.
