Can you book three seats for one person using Avios in a situation like this? Looking at GVA to ABZ which would be 13500 Avios plus £45. My insurance company are wanting to send me to EDI on U2 but I might look into indirect with BA at my own expense. How can you book three seats for one person? Online or by phone? Would there be an extra charge on the phone or is this waived due to a medical condition? Have also started a similar thread about medical repatriation a didn't find this thread until someone kindly posted a link.
