My experience with TCB has been great. I have had to chase up a few transactions but can't fault their service for getting them sorted. Admittedly, chasing up transactions takes a while until the cashback arrives (while they "investigate" the claim) but the proportion of transactions I need to chase and the resulting success doesn't feel any different to Quidco.
I think the cashback amount/percentage at TCB is often higher than Quidco (and I think they have a guarantee to claim against if it's lower).
^ +1 ^ Not had any problems with them in the 3 years I've been with them. Had a very quick response to cancel at transaction where I sent the wrong reciept photo in last week. Must have been less than an hour!
