I haven't seen many trans-border T fares, but I understand they are offered for leisure markets.
Today, I was surprised to find T fares YTZ-EWR, the antithesis of a leisure fare!
I am now convinced there is no rhyme or reason to how AC determines what is a T or a T* fare! I have even heard about schedule changes where the fare basis was downgraded.
