I second the recommendation of an accountant/CPA. Many industries with hire economics majors with the skills you mention. If you want to travel, getting your CPA and becoming an auditor or consultant would be the direction. Otherwise, and industry or larger company where there is a high volume of data or contract analysis to support the business.
