Continental used to claim that they deserved a nice fat copay because "BusinessFirst" was ultra-premium, almost like first class. Now that they've degraded the soft product below their US competitors, its just a money grab.

now that you're paying coach fare PLUS the fee (500-1000 RT) PLUS the miles (40-60k RT), I think it is a generally bad value proposition.
