That happened when USDM did some reissue and the old ticket number returned that result above. I think I've tried every possible variant. Name is "Mr XXX YYY ZZZ Jr". I've done:

united.com is still showing my original etix number, so nothing there. I'll call OZ sometime soon and check on it. I need to call SQ too, as I have to order a special meal from both of them for DW. I was able to request the meal from UA and NH on-line. The trip is NH-UA-SQ-SQ-OZ-OZ (ORD-NRT-SIN-DPS-SIN-ICN-ORD).
