the main reason I get that message (please check your ticket) is either the first + middle name needs adjusting, OR, if the ticket has been reissued for some reason. That happened when USDM did some reissue and the old ticket number returned that result above. Might be worthwhile giving OZ a call just to make sure everything is ok and they have a ticket number associated with the booking.
I think I've tried every possible variant. Name is "Mr XXX YYY ZZZ Jr". I've done:

united.com is still showing my original etix number, so nothing there. I'll call OZ sometime soon and check on it. I need to call SQ too, as I have to order a special meal from both of them for DW. I was able to request the meal from UA and NH on-line. The trip is NH-UA-SQ-SQ-OZ-OZ (ORD-NRT-SIN-DPS-SIN-ICN-ORD).
