I have the PNR, but there doesn't appear to be any way to use it unless you're an OZ club member.

the main reason I get that message (please check your ticket) is either the first + middle name needs adjusting, OR, if the ticket has been reissued for some reason. That happened when USDM did some reissue and the old ticket number returned that result above. Might be worthwhile giving OZ a call just to make sure everything is ok and they have a ticket number associated with the booking.
