1. Ask your TA for an email explaining that her funds were exclusively hers and not subsidized in anyway by RCCL.

2. Dispute the amount of the missing OBC for which you were required to pay on the CC you used for your OB charges.

90-10 you lose, but at least you tried. Forget writing to others.
