The only viable area would be the dead space near the front stairs, which is a bit out of the way to lessen the noise. I think a congregation area would be good for those who know each other to go and chat instead of leaning over seats in the main cabin.

OR how about using the space to create a playpen and get screaming toddlers out of the main cabin. That would get my vote every time.
