Why can't you just have her call? I handle all the apps (and spending, ha ha!) in our home, but sometimes hubby just has to make a phone call. It usually takes 5 minutes or less. I dial for him and sometimes provide him with a helpful script.
Sometimes he'll even say, "You have permission to talk to my wife about my account" and hand the phone back to me.
