I have tried multiple times with my United eticket number (016...), and have been unsuccessful bringing up my reservation. I've tried every variant on my names that I can think of. No go. I keep getting the "check your ticket" message.

I have the PNR, but there doesn't appear to be any way to use it unless you're an OZ club member.

Any thoughts?
