westbrook bought hotel (not condohotel or condo) from millenium in 2010, so hotel and condohotel have separate owners. doesnt appear westbrook's local company is named in lawsuit, even though they own hotel. final unit closed may 22 2012. dont know HOA status for either condohotel or condo.
