Just as an observation, the temperature can vary considerably from car to car, so you may be able to find a cooler temperature if you walk to another part of the train. (I realize that this is not possible for business class, but agree with the suggestion to sit near one of the end doors. The conductor may also allow the end door to stay open if you ask.)
