Benefit is not combinable with other onboard credit offers, general loyalty offers, “dollars off” promotions and savings certificates.

and they may be saying because you had another onboard credit they are not giving this one. Though in my mind I would think it would depend on the nature of the other credit, but I could be wrong.

I would just call the main number and ask what the number is for investor relations.
