If timing wasn't an issue, comparing only the product experience on the ground and in the air, for a Business Class flight from Rio to Lima, would you recommend a nonstop service with TACA on board an A321 or to take TAM via Sao Paulo on board A330s?

I know neither airline nor do I know any of these airports. I am Star Alliance Gold customer, if that makes a difference.
