We took a cruise on RCL this past October and, as we have done in the several times in the past, filed all the paperwork to get on-board credit because we are RCL shareholders. Got an email confirmation from RCL that everything was fine and our OBC would appear on our statement.

During the cruise, we checked our folio and saw that the OBC was not posted. Went to customer relations twice to inquire and were told that they would have to contact the home office in Miami and to check back the day before the cruise ended. Did that and were told that they hadn't heard from Miami, but to follow-up when we got home. We were not happy with this answer since we had written confirmation that we were getting the OBC, but we had no other options than to wait until we got home.

Sent an email to RCL to inquire about the OBC and was told that since we had other OBC, we weren't eligible for the shareholder's OBC. This has not been our experience in the past, so I asked our travel agent, who is on the RCL travel agent advisory board, for help. She sent an email noting that OBC was from her and not RCL, so there was no reason to deny us the OBC. She never received an answer.

So, I want to call someone at RCL about this because it's really changed my attitude about RCL, but I can't find a phone number to talk to a live person. If anyone has a phone number or a suggestion for getting this resolved, I would really appreciate it. It's not a lot of money, but now it's the principle.
