substitute for e cig

Maybe you can get some nicotine gum or a nicotine patch so you can get your nicotine fix while in the air. Would that help, or do you need to visual smokelike thing and the lung delivery system?

I wish you luck in kicking your nicotine addiction completely. I wish I had taken photos of my 42 year old sister in ICU on a respirator and in a coma, after having a massive stroke. She has smoked for 27 years. She was slim, did not have high cholesterol, and did not have high blood pressure. Smoking was her only stroke risk factor, but apparently it was enough. She lingered in that condition for 2 weeks before dying.
