Hi, I was looking for a good quality, but light overcoat to wear on suits.
One user pointed me to the Tumi microtech bib coats. They look professional enough, seem to be water proof, and apparently packable year warm enough for winters (say in Northern US). An example of the product is here.

The problems however:
a) I called Tumi - their website does not have it listed. Tumi says thats because they are 'imported' - what does that mean? They don't make it?
I asked that, but the lady dodged the question.

b) There are almost no online reviews

So my question is - does anyone own this product? Comments?
