I notice that wiki publishes the MCT in DFW as 1:25 for widebodies but I am not sure whether that is strictly for AA to AA or for other airlines also. Not sure it matters as even with AA I may need to change terminals.

EK 221 arrives DFW 09:05 AM. Just wondering how much time I should give myself to make a connection to an AA domestic flight. The next AA flights I can take either depart 10:30 AM (coincidentally exactly 1:25 later) and 12:30 PM. Obviously the 12:30 PM would be perfectly fine but I was wondering about the 10:30 AM.
1) The reservation will be for next February so there could be schedule changes
2) The two flights (EK and AA) will be on
SEPARATE tickets.
I will say this: the last time I connected Int'l-Domestic through DFW, I reached the immigration line quite early, but kept getting pushed back because they would keep making passengers with tighter connections cut to the front of the line. So it took me well over an hour -- while had the line just progressed normally, I would have been through in under an hour. So it appears that at DFW they do push tighter connections through faster.
