we told the CSR we are both double hyatt diamond, have stayed at that exact property for the last few years, exactly for the same dates, and have always received diamond suite upgrades.

We asked her if she can provide info as :

1. is it a new policy that they have blackout dates for diamond suites ?
2. is the blackout dates from the hotel itself or from hyatt corporate?
3. where exactly is the blackout dates published? since when ?

Csr sticking to story that the hotel manager said it is blackout for those 2 weeks for diamond suite certificates.

considering the difference in price for a normal room and that park suite is only $200 !
