Yes, in the settings the car was set to activate those on start. Which I turn off since you won't enjoy it much if the car doesn't realize it is actually 50 degrees outside, not 20 lol
More and more cars are relying on outside sensors that get stuck unless you drive above a certain speed for x amount of miles or minutes. Dodge is easy, they allow you to press some specific buttons at once to reset the cars temperature sensor (I forgot already what it was, but my AC wouldn't turn on one day until I figured it out). My 300 I had to drive down the highway for 3 miles above 40 to get it to reset
