Your comment reinforces my theory that she may have been forced out because of this alleged fraudulent scheme.
You would never think that a company with Four Seasons reputation and leadership would be involved in such a scheme to defraud investors.... but if this was really true, and the board knows it, the Four Seasons brand name and reputation is at stake and they would want to distance themselves from what happened by firing her and concealed the reason of their decision.
