From what I learned the lawsuit is pretty serious. There is a press release by Four Seasons in 2002 naming the condo hotel as "investments" while internal emails from the Four Seasons Miami General Manager in 2003 say that the new condo hotel owners will quickly find out they will not make any money... right before the building was inagurated. Now how can a company promote something publicly as an "investment" while one of their officials in charge of managing this investment knows they will lose money.... seems like a pretty serious thing to me... On top of that the press release names an "investment' yet these supposedly investment vehicles were not registered as such with the SEC
