Hi everyone.

Sorry for the delay in responding but i haven't had time to sit in front of my computer and compose a reply.

So to answer the questions you all asked:

I was early for check in at Oslo and it was a round trip ticket purchased months earlier and paid in full. I was on the last leg of the trip returning to my home in Toronto.

The 3 people included my spouse, myself and my sister in law.

I checked in when I arrived at the airport in Oslo - the agent there did not check any of us all the way through and I didn't realize at that point that meant trouble.

I suppose it would be called being dramatic by some but it really was horrible because I was pregnant and for the first time and the situation put me in undue stress. Which is not particularly healthy for my baby. I don't know who here has children but believe me my child was all I was thinking of.

I have traveled and I have traveled extensively and I do realize over booking and delays and all sorts of things can happen. I am also aware that if something happens that is in no way my responsibility but is someone's responsibility the right thing to do is own up to your mistake and do something about it.

I had to fight to get home. I had to fight to get from EWR to YYZ they tried to tell me I was going to have to pay.

By the way is it possible to go back and ask for compensation now? After the fact? And how would I do this?
