Business UK is the name given to fully flexible tickets on BA domestic flights. The onboard service is identical and there is no separate cabin (despite the name Business UK is an economy fare) but you do get lounge access. Y Class is a business UK fare and therefore you will have access to the lounge before the domestic flights in your itinerary. You'll also get 20 tier points per flight instead of 10.

Happy flying
