I have 68,000 Avios points and would like top get from San Diego to Oslo, Norway.
I have spent the last 90-days waiting for my IB membership blackout period to end for transferring Avios points between BA and IB. That was up a few days ago but I finally had to call both IB and BA to get them to transfer the points.
I finally have the combine my Avios point part all done so I could escape the BA fuel surcharge.

I'm not too particular about how I do this (routing or travel time), just that I'd like to be in Oslo.
The other catch is that I'm between assignments right now and that limits my budget to about $700 plus my Avios points.

I'm having a hard time doing this and I'm wondering if maybe I'm, doing something fundamentally wrong because I'm unable to find any combination of flights (on IB's site) from SAN or even LAX that gets me to Oslo.

If anybody could offer me some guidance on how to piece this thing together I'd really appreciate it.
